We genuinely understand how important it is for you to have reliable transportation, especially during special occasions and weekends. While many of our locations offer same-day rentals, due to varying availability, we can’t always guarantee immediate vehicle availability. To make sure you have the transportation you need when you need it, we kindly suggest planning your rentals in advance. If you’re ever in a pinch and need a rental on the same day, our team would love to help.

Full payment is due at the time of pickup, so whenever you come to get your van or your van is brought to you, your credit card will be charged before the trip. Any additional fees, such as tolls, gas overages, damages, etc.

Each of our rentals comes with what are called “tie-downs” that are used to secure each corner of a wheelchair to the floor of the vehicle. These can be installed in various positions throughout the van. The securement system our locations provide, if used properly, will ensure a safe journey.
